Ngozi obtained his PhD in population geography focusing on refugees and migration studies from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He has conducted research on the influence of EU migration policies in Africa, cross-border migration in the ECOWAS region, and the African Continental Free Trade Agreement. His area of coverage is the ECOWAS Region, Africa, Europe and the world.
