Giulia Santomauro is a postdoctoral researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Münster (Germany) within the project “Systemic Deficiencies in the System of Protecting the Human Rights of Migrants: the Inter-American and the European Court of Human Rights in Comparison”. She completed her PhD in Constitutional Comparative Law with distinction and Doctor Europaeus Mention at Sapienza University of Rome (Italy).
