Ioana Marin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philology, specializing in English and Italian, officially homologated in Spain as a Degree in Arts and Humanities. She is also a sworn translator for both languages, with strong expertise in cross-cultural communication. She obtained a Master’s degree in Social Economy, recognized in Spain within the field of Social and Behavioural Sciences. Over the course of more than 16 years of professional experience, Ioana has provided high-level technical support to leadership teams, contributing to the design, implementation, and evaluation of EU-funded projects and the preparation of public offers and tenders. Her multidisciplinary background includes project management, agile methodologies (Scrum Master and Product Owner), data protection, HR, accounting, logistics, IT, data analysis, marketing, and public relations. Currently pursuing a PhD in Social Sciences at the University of Valencia, Ioana’s research focuses on Migration, Mobility, and Social Change. Her doctoral thesis examines the labour integration of Romanian immigrant women in Barcelona, Lleida, Valencia, and Castellón, exploring their trajectories and the key factors shaping their social and economic integration in Spain.
