Anissa holds a PhD in Political and social sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles (BE). She is currently an F.R.S-FNRS postdoctoral researcher (ULB) and an Affiliated Research Fellow at Oxford Department of International Development (University of Oxford, UK). She conducts qualitative research at the crossroads of socio-anthropology of migrations and international political sociology with fieldworks located in North and West Africa (Morocco, Mali, Senegal).
