Cai Chen is a PhD candidate and teaching assistant at the Laboratory of Anthropology of Contemporary Worlds (LAMC), Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Belgium. His research interests include queer migration, overseas Chinese, conjugal mixedness, ethnic and race relations, and China-Africa engagements.
