Former director Colombia Program at Georgetown University, and former in-country representative for the University of Notre Dame's 2016 Peace Accord implementation monitoring. Implemented preventive programming for OIM Colombia. Authored country expert reports for asylum cases for Law Firms, Immigration clinics and NGO and experience with testifying in migration courts. Residing currently in the Uraba-Darien region (Colombia). Deep and broad on the ground knowledge of country conditions in most regions of Colombia.
