Angeliki Fanaki Small Bio Angeliki Fanaki joined the International Relations Department of the Hellenic Red Cross (HRC) in October 2005, and she is currently Head Director of International Cooperation, Organisational Development & Program Sector. Angeliki’s main areas of responsibility cover the coordination and program management of (a) migration programs and disaster-related crises (b) Rapporteur at Istituitonal Revised Statutes Committee & Movement International Relations Laison (c) Organisational development entrepreneur (d) Advocacy expert (e) IHL, human rights, disaster, refuge law expert. Between 2015 and 2023 she has been project manager of over 15 funded programs with over 50m budget overseeing. Angeliki holds a PhD from the Athens University Law School, where her thesis is on ‘’The International Legal Framework on Humanitarian Crises Response: Natural Disasters’’, an LLB from the University of Kent at Canterbury UK, and an MA on Jurisprudence from University College London. She has a strong publication and research record with great potential in academia.
