Wrote her PhD thesis on the role of labour market determinants over the migration of Turkish nationals to the European Union by comparing the labour market policies of Denmark, Germany, the UK, Spain and Estonia, as well Turkey and the EU. Expert in social science research with large data sets using data analytic software packages, survey software, quantitative and qualitative research methods (mixed methods), fast-paced research projects, data collection, and data cleaning/analysis/reporting/ visualization. Big data survey analyst. Good knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS). Advanced knowledge in quantitative research, such as descriptive statistics including crosstabs and frequencies and econometric analysis including correlations and regressions, and qualitative research such as systematic literature review, social networks, document review, focus groups, and in-depth interviews, mixed methodology, and action research (community based participatory research).
