ŚLĘZAK-BELOWSKA

Ewa ŚLĘZAK-BELOWSKA is an Associate Professor, and a head of Department of Applied Economics at the Krakow University of Economics. She has been a part of several international research groups, including those co-financed by the European Commission, focusing on migrant integration (MINTE) (ERASMUS+), youth unemployment in the European Union (7th Framework Programme), the information society (5th Framework Programme), informal work (5th Framework Programme), social economy (INTERREG IIIC), and support for the elderly (INTERREG IVC). She is a member of the Polish Economic Society (PTE). Her research interests encompass globalisation, migration, labour market, welfare states, and ageing societies. As an expert, she collaborates with a variety of public and private sector institutions at both national and international levels. She serves as a member of the National Committee for Development of Social Economy of V Term for years 2026-2029 (Krajowy Komitet Rozwoju Ekonomii Społecznej V kadencji  na lata 2026-2029).
