After 10 years working in humanitarian and development field, on refugee protection, gender-based violence prevention and response in conflict and displacement settings and gender mainstreaming, I have started PhD research at the crossroad between the fields of forced migration studies, gender studies and Middle-Eastern Studies. The subject of my PhD is the impact of conflict and displacement on gender relations throughout the migration route (using the example of post-2011 Syrian migrations)
