She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (UNICEN, Argentina) and a PhD in Political Science (UNSAM, Argentina). She is a researcher at the Scientific Research Commission of the Province of Buenos Aires and a permanent researcher at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies on International and Local Issues at UNICEN (Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina). Her areas of expertise include human mobility and migration policies; local migration policies; multilevel migration governance; paradiplomacy and migration paradiplomacy. She is a member of various national and international academic and scientific networks dedicated to the study of migration, such as CAMINAR (Comparative Analysis on International Migration and Displacement in the Americas); IAMIC (Network of Argentine Researchers on Contemporary International Migration) and the CONICET Human Rights Research Network, through which she has taken on the general coordination of the Argentine National Migrant Survey (ENMA) https://encuestamigrante.ar/
