I am currently an Associate Professor at the Institute of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, University of Warsaw. My main research interests focus on collective identities and geographic mobility, tourist and migratory alike. Specifically, my research is on migrants' leisure and transformations of the imaginaries of the good life due to migration. I use discourse analysis and ethnographic methods to study these processes.
