PhD, Associate Professor of Social Psychology and Psychology of Management, solution focused coach. Founder and Head of NGO “Center for Personal and Social Transformations” (Kyiv, Ukraine). She is Jean Monnet fellow at Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, European University Institute with individual research project “Reintegration of externally displaced Ukrainians: attitudes of support and democracy attitudes as meaning content of citizenship identity” during academic year 2026 – 2027 (Florence, Italy). She was a visiting fellow at the Global Migration Center, Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies with individual research theme “Values and democracy related attitudes in conditions of war and displacement” during academic year 2024 – 2025 (Geneva, Switzerland). She served as European Commission expert for Horizon projects evaluation (2025). Member of the Board of the 29th Research Committee on Political Psychology of International Political Science Association (IPSA). Founder and coordinator of annual international conference and seminar “Political and economic self-constitution” (2013 – 2024). She sits on the editorial board of “Journal of Applied Humanities Studies” (Thailand). She developed a sociopsychological model of citizenship identity as a type of social identity. Her research is currently focused on attitudes towards externally and internally displaced persons in Ukraine as well as democracy attitudes as meaning content of citizenship identity. In art-based solution focused coaching practice for migrants’ psychological well-being she applies her author’s art-based coaching techniques Wish Hand, Hands of Reciprocity, Lotus-Collage, Butterfly of Resources. They are implemented in online support groups of highly qualified migrants displaced outside of Ukraine due to the war as well as Ukrainians remaining in Ukraine. Through awareness of feelings and emotional states, art-based coaching techniques enable to see inevitable changes through opening perspectives for development and resourcefulness of constant learning. The meaning-forming function of contemporary art is considered in the context of its crucial role in reconstruction of the system of social identities in the process of passing through psychological crises by means of searching new meanings and resources.
