Brenda Silva Cardoza is a social development and communications specialist with over seven years of experience in the implementation and territorial management of social and educational projects in vulnerable and rural contexts in Peru. She holds a degree in Communications from the University of Piura and a Master’s in Social Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Her professional experience includes working with the Ministry of Education of Peru, as well as contributing to projects and programs implemented by organizations such as World Vision, UNICEF, and USAID. She has also been part of Enseña Perú, a member of the global network Teach For All. Her work focuses on education, early childhood development, and migration. She has led and supported projects involving migrant and refugee populations, particularly Venezuelan women in border regions such as Tumbes. Brenda’s work emphasizes community engagement, gender perspectives, and socio-economic integration. She has experience in qualitative research, monitoring and evaluation, and coordination with local governments and community actors. She has also participated as a speaker in international conferences on migration and development.
