Heila Magali da Silva
VEIGA
I am a Professor of Psychology at the Federal University of Uberlândia and a Visiting Senior Fellow at King´s College London. I dedicate my work to understanding and supporting the mental health of migrant women entrepreneurs. My focus is on developing evidence-based actions and interventions that help these women thrive in their new environment. Through my multi-method and transcultural research, I act as a link between various stakeholders—such as NGOs, academia, and government bodies—to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem and promote entrepreneurship as a tool for empowerment and mental health for immigrant women.
