I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economic Analysis at the Universitat de València (Spain), where I serve as a member of the Department's Permanent Board. I am also a research fellow at the Global Labor Organization (GLO) and serve as an Associate Editor of Applied Economic Analysis (formerly Revista de Economía Aplicada), the journal of the Spanish Asociación Libre de Economía (ALdE).
I am an applied microeconomist. My research centers on migration, population, and development economics, with secondary interests in regional economics and the economics of crime.
