Louis Lippens is an FWO postdoctoral researcher at Ghent University, specialising in labour economics and the economics of discrimination. He holds a master's in work psychology from Ghent University and a joint PhD in economics and sociology from Ghent University and Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He examines the extent of discrimination, its mechanisms, and how to address it.
