I am a passionate researcher with more than 10 years of experience in researching urban sociological theories as well as environmental and (forced) migration concepts. My motivation is not only to conduct scientific work, but also to initiate social discussion and change. In addition to my scientific work, I am also involved as an advocate committed to social innovations and creativity. It is important to me to combine theory and action – whether in research or in concrete projects for sustainable development. My strengths are research and analysis, training/teaching, mentoring and coaching, project management, communication, consulting, workshop facilitation, and market studies. With these skills, I aim to empower fellows, scholars, and emerging professionals, and translate research into tangible, real-world projects that address concrete social issues and support sustainable development.
