I am an anthropologist and environmental humanities scholar with research interests in the connections between mobility, environment, and infrastructure, primarily among transient communities in the Arctic and Asia. I have an undergraduate degree from Cornell in Arabic and Turkish, and graduate degrees from Oxford in Social Anthropology.
