I research the incorporation of highly skilled migrants in organizations, focusing on how they navigate inclusion, power dynamics, and organizational processes. My broader interests include labor migration, organizational inclusion, ethnicity, and ethnographic approaches to studying migrant-hosting workplaces. I am an Assistant Professor at ICADE School of Economics and Business Administration in Madrid and an Affiliated Researcher at the Center for Migration and Integration Research (CMIR) at the Stockholm School of Economics. My work has appeared in journals such as Management Learning, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, and Comparative Migration Studies. Originally from Peru, he is currently based in Madrid.
