Since 2021, I am a PhD Researcher at the Freie Universität Berlin, as part of the SCRIPTS Cluster of Excellence. My current research examines how refugees experience, navigate and challenge asylum, social welfare and citizenship systems in Germany and Sweden. Empirically, I use document analysis, ethnography and qualitative interviewing.
