I am working as researcher at the University of Bremen, Center for Labour and Political Education. My research focuses on the intersection and governance of education, training and labour market policies in Germany as well as across EU countries. I analyze labour market mobility, vocational education and training systems and validation of prior learning applying institutionalist as well as comparative approaches.
