I research the incorporation of high skilled migrants in organizations. My research interests entail highly skilled migrant workers, organizational inclusion, human resource management, power dynamics in organizations, labor migration, ethnicity, and organizational ethnography. I am lecturer at ICADE Business School (Madrid) and Affiliated researcher at the Center for Responsible Leadership (Stockholm School of Economics).
