Oubad

Ismail Oubad is Doctoral Researcher in the ERC-funded SolRoutes project, pursuing co-tutored Ph.D at the University of Liège (CEDEM) and the University of Genoa (DisFor). His ethnographic work examines the implication of various dwelling spaces for border transgression along the Belgian-French route to the UK. Active within solidarity networks, he critically engages with subversive migration infrastructures and bordering practices through the lenses of the autonomy of migration and decolonial thought.
