Marita Brcic Kuljis is an associate professor at Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. She has PhD in political philosophy in 2012. Her scientific interests are human rights democracy, justice, migration, EU, multiculturalism and education.
She holds lectures in Philosophy of Politics, Philosophy of Democracy, Philosophy of Justice, Introduction to the Philosophy of Multiculturalism, Philosophy of Education, etc. She is a member of Croatian Philosophical Society and Society for Applied Philosophy. She is a member of Editorial Board of the Filozofska istraživanja (Philosophical Investigations), Synthesis Philosophica scientific journals and Journal of Croatian Studies. She publishes scientific papers from political philosophy, justice, human rights and education. As lecturer and organizer, she participates in many domestic and international scientific conferences and summer schools. Reviewed a number of scientific papers for domestic and international journals. She collaborated in several different European and national research projects. She is a coordinator of project: Globalization of migration, anti-immigrant parties and xenophobia: Reflections on Croatian society and the country of the 21st century 2018-2022
