Lola is a Ph.D. researcher in the University of Southern Denmark. She specializes in the field of Border Studies and has broad interests in feminist philosophy and political geography. Her current research focuses on the links between bordering and welcoming . Her investigation is based on long term and multisited ethnographic fieldwork in Paris, France, where she participates in several welcome initiatives for refugees.
