I am a political theorist working on issues of structural injustice, exploitation, and poverty. I am particularly interested in how social movements theorize about these injustices and what legal and political mobilization strategies they use to effect transformative change. I have also written on questions of multiculturalism and gender equality. My current project centres on advocacy by migrant worker justice activists in Canada, and takes a grounded and engaged theory approach (GNT).
