Livio Amigoni is PhD candidate at the Social Science Department (DISFOR), curriculum Migration and Intercultural Relations, of the University of Genoa. He is actually developing an ethnographic work on Sudanese forced migration focusing on factors driving high-risk migration pathway and support networks to the journeys. He is part of the solidarity network Progetto20K active since 2016 in the Ventimiglia border area and in the project Eufemia Info&Legal Point.
