Standing at the intersection of the arts, languages, and social sciences, her research focuses on the contexts and actors of migration, questionning gender, culture, and identity, with a special interest in the artistic representations of contemporary migration in films, photographs, installations, performances and poetry.
She has been leading projects on migration art and education (MIGRACT and MIGRATEXT) and has a solid international scientific expertise on narrative methods unsing art-based research. She is currently working on participatory, interdisciplinary and intersectorial projects on diasporic expérience : DIAPAT (Diasporas and vegetal heritage).
