Martiniello

I am a PhD candidate working on discrimination on the rental housing market in a European context. I am hereby familiar with the method of correspondence testing, leading me to focus a part of my work on the use of names as signals of ethnic origin, gender, SES and religiosity. Besides, I am also interested in understanding the broader (local) context where discrimination takes place, therefore currently looking into local anti-discrimination policies.
