David Rodríguez Seoane is a PhD candidate at the University of Barcelona, where he is developing a doctoral thesis on the role of NGOs in migration crisis governance in Spain, supervised by Prof. Laura Chaqués Bonafont (UB/IBEI) and Prof. Juan Carlos Triviño Salazar (UPF). He has over 15 years of professional experience in international development cooperation, global citizenship education, and cultural management. He currently works at the Spanish Committee of UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees). In parallel, he is a member of the editorial board of Cuadernos del Mediterráneo (European Institute of the Mediterranean, IEMed) and a regular contributor to Quimera literature magazine.
