Release 2 of the open, source-documented MAK Immigration Data Observatory, published on September 9, 2026. The dataset contains normalized CSV and JSON files, dated source receipts, IRCC Express Entry round history through round 441 (September 4, 2026), historical study permit and PGWP to permanent residence statistics through June 2026, dated immigration processing and service-standard snapshots, and a 17-record 2026 public-policy change ledger. It separates official government values from MAK-derived calculations, treats suppressed cells as missing rather than zero, identifies partial coverage periods, and does not present historical observations as forecasts or individual immigration outcomes.
