Transmits a summary of the report of the UN Investigation Team for Afghanistan into allegations of serious violations of international human rights or humanitarian law, submitted by the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. The report was prepared pursuant to General Assembly resolution 52/211 B, statement by the President of the Security Council (S/PRST/1997/55) and Council resolution 1193 (1998).
