Beltran
Marina Liz Beltran holds a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology and is currently a doctoral fellow pursuing a PhD in Administration and Public Policy at the University of Córdoba, Argentina. Her main research interests include the political organization and participation of migrants in local contexts, as well as the public policies implemented by states to incorporate them. Specifically, her current research focuses on the enfranchisement and electoral participation of migrants in Córdoba, Argentina.
