Dr. Vildan Taşlı Karabulut is a lecturer in Human Resources Management at Yalova University, Department of Business Administration (Türkiye). Her research focuses on strategic HRM, green human resource management, vocational education and training (VET), and the impact of artificial intelligence on skills development and labour markets. She has published in international peer-reviewed journals, including work on refugees’ labour market integration through VET in the Industrial Relations Journal. Dr. Taşlı Karabulut actively supervises postgraduate theses and teaches courses such as Human Resources Management, International Management, and Directed Research, integrating theory with real-world organisational challenges. She is also engaged in international collaborations, particularly with UK and European academics, and contributes to interdisciplinary research on sustainability, employment, and institutional contexts.
