Luke
van de Wouw

Luke van de Wouw is a Junior Researcher at the Department of Public Administration and Sociology (DPAS) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She holds a master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Governance of Migration and Diversity from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her thesis "Bounded Rationality in European Policymaking Processes: The Development of European Legislation to Address Future Responses to the Instrumentalization of Migration" was awarded with the Writing Fellowship of the LDE Governance of Migration and Diversity Centre. During her master's studies, Luke worked as a Research Assistant on a project about the backlash against incoming international students in the Netherlands. Currently, Luke is working on a Dutch Research Council-funded project about the pre-emptive implementation of international student policies by Dutch universities in response to evolving national higher education policies.
