In my research, I focus on innovative ways to welcome refugees in Europe and on ethnic diversity, (social) sustainability, and sexuality from an intersectional perspective. In addition, I am very passionate about university education, and one of my key objectives is to bridge the gap between academia and professionals from the field, for example, by collaborating with NGOs.
