I am the Managing Editor for Ethnic and Racial Studies, the leading international journal dedicated to the critical analysis of race, racism, ethnicity, migration, and ethno-nationalism. I oversee the journal’s editorial office and the delivery of the peer review process and work closely with the publisher on content planning, production, and marketing strategies. With a background in International Business Studies,, I spent 13 years in international retail, managing overseas franchises for major UK clothing retailers including Marks & Spencer, Next and Tie Rack, primarily in France and Spain. It was in this role that I developed a strong foundation in process management - a skill that would enable me to transfer into the delivery of scholarly communication.
