The European Commission's DG HOME is adopting its first-ever communications strategy. One priority is to work more closely with affected messengers, multipliers, and third-party endorsements. Greater outreach and support is needed for migrant and refugee leaders as well as local actors most directly affected by EU policy.
Having influenced EU policymakers since 2018, ReSOMA Platform is now turning to the research and practitioners community to collect evidence and recommendations on how migrant leaders can become more active and be better heard in EU policymaking.
Take a look at the discussion teaser by MPG Research Director Thomas Huddleston and help us explore key questions such as:
➡️ What do migrant-led organizations need to become more active?
➡️ Which has become more impactful and successful?
➡️ What can we learn from their experience?
